After much consideration I'm moving all of my jewelry work from here on to MichellePGD . I believe this would be better to have another account that its sole focus was on jewelry making, than having a combination of both. I have an art project that I've been working on for a game so when we get to a point I can start posting the artwork for that. have bunches of fun as I now add about 40+ new items into my new DA account. YAYAY!!!!!

Hi Guys!!.

I got accepted in to the RAW Artist Art Show Here in DC. I'm pretty excited about it. It's Aug 17th at 7pm. In the Howard Theater.

So Ive been Busting my butt to not play Skyrim, but to make more Steampunk jewelry items. I had to reopen my Etsy Shop too and have had a few sales.

Like I said I'm excited. If you are in the DMV area in Aug (especially for Otakon) Come see me at the art show. You can but your tickets online. While checking out Click on MichellePGD(that's me!!) you'll get 20% off any purchase you make at my booth at the art show, also you will be entered in to a raffle for a free custom piece.

Many things have happen in the course of the last couple of weeks. I'm happy with most ,but disturbed by a few, and worried about one.

Job
    I got a new job. YAY!!!!!  I make certificates for rental companies that comply with the lead/leadfree paint codes. It's a very technical job. I'm enjoying myself so far, and like the fact I can wear civi clothes(jeans and a tshirt).   I'm happy with my choice, but I do feel bad for leaving my other job. I was doing what I loved at that job. But I know I can still do what I love on my own time.

Family
    I normally don't talk about my family, but I think I should this time. There is several people in my family that in one way shape of form has gone threw depression. Right now my brother is going threw sever depression. He planed on ending it all. Somehow I got him to answer my call that night, and we talked until the early morning. I asked him to call some family to get their advice and he went to my dad and admitted what we was planing on. He is getting help, and I heard back for those I asked him to call. All I could do was cry, when I heard what they had to say. This is the third time I've had some one in my life attempt to end their own. It's sad that it normally takes that person taking a desperate action to get the attention of others.

Idea
   Well That last one was a bit depressing, but all true. I do want to leave on a good note. I've decided to pick back up calligraphy. I started in middle school and dropped it because I wanted to draw. But those of you who know my my handwriting SUCKS , so I thought it would be better to pick t back up to help me out.

Well I was a bit of a tomboy in middle school so I decided to use the Japanese "son" and my friends thought I had an obsession with Riku from Kingdom Hearts. I didn't then, but now I do. lol

Right my left looks like a 5 year old doodles.

We met at school, and became instant friends. She was the driving force to keep me going with my art. It was so much fun being friends with her. I will still say She is the better artist, but that argument will forever be continued. Though she's not here any more, I'm slowly finding new ways to encourage me to get back into drawing.

13. What are your preferred tools to create art?
Pencil and paper

14. What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
In nature.. Literally climb up a tree and draw if I had the chance. lol

15. What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
This is a hard one. I would have to say when I made fan art foe some of my friends on DA. The reactions were what made me happy.

Been busy spring cleaning. I have made some time to make other products. I will be photographing them and showing it to you all. Things are still rocky here with my family, and living with other issues. That's a whole other story...

I have been trying to do better for myself, going to the gym, drinking tea(only at night and the chamomile kind), drinking less soda, and keeping up with my daily routine. It's been easy some days not so much others.
